I have applied for the Dayal Das Panika Swaniyojan Achoni scheme 3–4 times. My name appeared in the list but was removed during final selection by the committee every time. It is disappointing to see that many deserving Tea Tribe youth who meet the eligibility criteria still do not receive the benefit, while others get it easily. The department should ensure a fair and transparent selection process so genuine applicants are not ignored.
