Vijul Ethnics

I placed an order for an outfit from Vijul for my wedding reception which I ve been eyeing for almost 2 years now..and the end result was everything I had imagined and so much more... can't wait to wear this beautiful piece of art on my wedding day..Thanku so much Manoja ma'am for bringing my vision to reality.. absolutely adore all ur designs..keep doing the great job...

I recently visited vijul ethnics, and unfortunately, my experience with the designer-owner was less than pleasant. Despite being intrigued by the designs, the owner's demeanor left much to be desired. She came across as unapproachable, arrogant, and lacked basic politeness in her interactions with customers. It was evident that she took great pride in her work, but her attitude overshadowed any appreciation for her designs. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return due to the poor customer service experience.

I ordered a set of chadar mekhela which she took more than 3 months to complete and the material was not as promised. Too pricy as compared to the other boutiques. Did not like her arrogant behaviour. A sure No the next time !

The designs are hands down extremely beautiful but the owner seemed unprofessional and quite unapproachable during whatever interactions I had with her. I wanted to get more pictures of the product before it was dispatched to which I never received a response and required a lot of follow ups to track that. After receiving the product I wanted to exchange/return as the work on the Mekhela Sador didn't feel worth 47k, but she didn't take the feedback well which made me settle for it ! Wouldn't recommend Vijul considering my experience !

Most unprofessional person ever.. i would have given rating in negative if possible.. utterly rude she hates criticism and expects the client to accept everything without any sort of discussion. Had given her the order for my bridal reception attire but she kept on delaying the delivery and made me wait for hours at her home .. and guess what she made a make up artist model my own outfit which i had shelled out thousands even before handing it over to me, the BRIDE!! Never never recommend her to anyone..

We had a nice experience out here... Manoja Baa she listen to all my demand patiently... That was the nice part.. also she recommended her own thoughts while giving the order.. Hope to get the delivery soon for my reception... Overall nice collection..

Disappointed by the owner's attitude. Despite the beautiful items in the store, the owner was unwelcoming and off-putting. I hope the owner can reconsider her approach to customer service, as it greatly impacts the overall impression of the boutique.
