The service you provide is very satisfying with reasonable price. The drivers are very polite and helpful. It's been like 5-6 months since I have been using the service and all my trips were very good ! I have used within city service and outstation too ! So far so good !! Hope to get the quality service in future too !

One of the worst-managed and most unprofessional services I’ve come across. I’ve been using Drive4Me since November 2024, when there was no minimum booking hour. Recently, they quietly introduced a mandatory 3-hour booking and increased prices, but never informed existing customers. No message, no update, no transparency. Right at the start, I clearly informed the driver that the route was Chandmari → Garchuk, and that there would be no return trip. This was communicated immediately when he arrived. Despite this, neither the driver nor the company mentioned the revised pricing, minimum booking hours, or any additional charges. Later, I was suddenly told to pay more than ₹600 for just 1 hour 20 minutes: • Around ₹380 for drive time • Around ₹230 as Rapido charges This is absurdly expensive, especially when none of this was disclosed upfront. Instead of accepting their complete failure to communicate, the lady managing bookings called me and spoke in a blaming, accusatory tone, acting as if this entire mess was my fault. Customers are not responsible for guessing your internal rule changes. To make things worse, the driver insulted me, saying he “has a lot of money” and returned my payment in a disrespectful manner. Later, another person called asking me to send the money back. Total chaos, zero coordination, zero professionalism.

I have really been satisfied with the service of this agency, from the staff who provides the connections to the drivers, the driver was very professional, friendly, he helped me and recommended places I needed to go. I encourage you to continue with the quality of your services. Excellent!

I have been taking their service for a while now and am very satisfied. All the drivers are very professional and well behaved. They're very pet friendly too as I have travelled with my labrador in a couple of occasions. One thing I want to mention here is that when the car is parked, no matter for how long, the drivers never use the car AC. One more thing about the drivers is that they never ask for extra tip apart from the trip charges not they accept if offered. I'M LOOKING FORWARD FOR MORE TRIPS WITH THE DRIVERS FROM THEM.

I took a Driver on 9th November from Guwahati to Nalbari. Met with serious accident.The driver did rash driving by over speeding and overtaking from left side of a moving dumper. My car was damaged. To my surprise Drive for me sent a message next day saying they have terminated my services as I was dissatisfied customer. There drivers are a risk to peoples lives and don't care for your car. Don't use there services in Guwahati as they are a threat to society.
