Had the chance to visit the GPlus Best Restaurant of the Year 2025! Bombay Brasserie is a premium fine dining restaurant located at around 6 cities in India. Located in the ground floor of the Central mall Guwahati, this restaurant has an extensive menu. Items tried are : • Aam papad paneer • Gunpowder potatoes • Guntur Podi chicken • Summertime zing mocktail • Jaipur Kofta • Pulled Jackfruit Masala • Cochin chicken • Chicken tikka butter masala • Roomali roti, Butter naan, Malabar Parotta Each and every item from the above is a must try, Cochin chicken being my favourite. Ambience is one of the bests that I have visited. Definitely a must try diner in Guwahati.

Recently tried Bombay Brasserie and the experience was worth it. The ambience is warm, elegant, and inviting—comfortable enough for a relaxed meal but still fancy enough to feel special. We started with the Kashmiri naan kebab, which was soft, slightly sweet, and beautifully spiced. The veg pulao was light and aromatic, with perfectly cooked grains that balanced the richer dishes really well. The highlight was the chicken tikka butter masala—tender, smoky chicken in a rich, creamy gravy that hit all the right notes without being too heavy or sweet. Everything felt fresh, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. Great food, great vibes, and an easy place to come back to when you’re craving comforting Indian flavours done right. ❤️

We had a lovely dining experience at Bombay Brasserie. We ordered Banarasi Chaat, Satrangi Atrangi, Garlic Butter Naan, and Chicken Tikka Butter Masala — all the dishes were delicious and well-prepared. The flavours were rich and authentic, and the food quality definitely matched the classy vibe of the restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable, and the place was very clean and well-maintained. What stood out the most, however, was the service — especially the manager. He was extremely polite and well-mannered, and went out of his way to help us. He even looked after our baby willingly while my wife and I enjoyed our dinner, which was truly kind and heartwarming. Overall, great food, great ambience, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

we went for lunch. we ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, Madras lolipop and chicken biriyani. the taste of every item we ordered was delicious, specially the butter chicken. biriyani was tasty too. lolipop and naan was good as well. but the quantity of each item was less for the price except the biriyani. quality was top notch. everything was fresh. we really liked the service. atmosphere was good as well. everycorner was so pretty. surely, will visit again.

A nice restaurant with lot of options for food and drinks. A beautiful atmosphere inside. It's behind Central Mall, G S Road, Guwahati. May be manpower less in kitchen because orders take more than the normal time to deliver. Starter both vegetarian and non vegetarian are sumptuous. Vegetarian and non vegetarian main course is abandon. Parathas are prepared in unique style. It's difficult to share though a little big. Varieties of Rice, Nans available. Cocktail and mock tails and all sorts of drinks are available.

Delightful experience at Bombay Brasserie! Service was good, food was TOO GOOD, and the ambience was fab too! Must-try's: Naga spiced chicken wings (if you can handle the heat) and the mango prawns with coconut rice. Highly recommend checking it out!

I ordered the Mario prawns with the coconut rice it was out of this world so yum , then i ordered the malai chicken it came sizzling hot and they pour the malai in front of you and the smoke is like a feast for the eyes , I also ordered the galawati kebab,it was truly unique with that sweet walnutty dip and for dessert i had the most decedent chocolate dessert; the Rocky road .I came here by myself for my birthday and it was truly the best place . The food was great, ambience was asthetic and above all the service was amazing. A huge shout out to the best server Mr Ram . Am definitely visiting again , thank you Bombay brasserie 🫶
