Garam Dabba

A friend suggested me Garam Dabba and honestly speaking it was a good find. I tried the chicken thali with teel chicken. The food was nicely served and was very tasty. They also side dishes like chutneys & fries alongside & they were good too. The proprietor was also very hospitable. Overall I had a nice experience and I would definitely recommend this place to people for lunch/dinner if they want to eat something which tastes similar to home cooked food. Price increases by almost 40%.So not worth anymore pork thali which was 120 earlier now is 160. Totally not worth now

Had dinner. Worst experience with worst food. Came here with a friend after watching an online video. Reached around 8:30 pm, asked whether the food will be served hot, they replied yes. Got cold food in return only the dal was hot and veggies were warm. When asked for hot food they said that the rice wont be hot. Ordered 3 types of pork , the til pork was watery and cold, lai was also not gud, smoked pork was little okay. Very worst experience may be we went at the wrong time. Or maybe only today the food was bad. Overall not good, never coming back

It is an unique eatery because of it serves pure 💯 per cent veg.thali even without onion and garlic , I think there is only 3 other resturants in Guwahati one in Ulubari namely Sri Hari , one in just opposite to Shib temple near Belotola Tiniali and another is situated near Basistha Chariali Gurudwara namely Rajsthani Daba they also not use even onion and garlic in veg thali , I tried pork thali at Garam Dhabba but I was not satisfied because of their pork pieces quantity , I think they have charged Rs 50 for pork curry but they have served a midium piece of pork divided into thinly sliced 6 to 7pieces , they can charge another Rs 20or 30where they can serve at least a lot quantity of pork pieces . Above all of that it was neat and clean , owner and staff behaviour was good.

Amazing food ..non veg thali only 110...they provide sabji bhaji dal three chutnies salad papad along with two complementary items..very good service .neat and clean.Owner and staff are also very friendly .Thanks Garam dabba..Highly recommended...

Today I tried pork thali (till pork) and my friend had chicken thali (till chicken). All the items including the chutney, dry fish chutney, bengena pura are good. Like the way they serve, clean and hygienic.

Smells are not good from every item.. @130 rs.. My first nd last visit..

Great place to have your lunch here..the place is also good for quick bite..today tried chicken thali in lunch..loved the thali..they provide almost 7-8 items of traditional Assamese foods..the chicken was cooked with less masala..the prices are also friendly compared to their quality and quantity of items they serve in the thali.. interior was decorated well with stickers of various artists..would recommen all the foodie lovers to have a visit without burning your pocket and having a superb meal..will visit again for sure and try their various items.. friendly owner and the cook was also good..
