I must say that I had the worst experience here. I came with my mother for the first time to buy mantika, but the staff especially the store manager or representative, didn’t bother to assist us. At first, we didn’t mind and politely asked for what we were looking for, but his behavior towards my mother was unbearable. I couldn’t stand being there for even a second. What exactly are you representing? Or what are you trying to show your customers? Do we need to come loaded with cash just to get your attention? It seems this shop only treats people well if they appear wealthy. Such poor service, I wouldn’t even give one star. If negative ratings were allowed, I would gladly give -100.

I wish I could give more than 5stars..one of the best Assamese jewellery store in town..if you are looking for unique and out of the box designs this is the right place....you will find every kind of jewellery that fits your budget...i was in awe of the collection and had a really hard time selecting...the premium quality jewellery are simply awesome..The best part i loved was the personal attention the owner gives...She knows what the client is exactly looking for and accordingly she curates as per choice,budget and requirement...i will not write names but i have seen other Assamese jewellery stores where the owner is barely there and there will be salesman/salesgirl who will give you a blank look if you ask them about a particular design or piece...But here The owner madebsure i get exactly what i am looking for ...Will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for any kind of Assamese jewellery...i had an awesome experience here....will visit again

Seriously, are you even genuine? I came here on my sister’s recommendation, but the store attendant (the one wearing glasses behind the counter, does he think he’s some kind of Ambani 2.0?) was unbearably rude. His behavior was beyond description. Do you only value customers who are celebrities or influencers promoting you? Ordinary people are treated horribly. Very soon, this attitude will come back to haunt you.

I’d like to warn everyone: "DON’T COME HERE". The store attendant, who seems to think he’s some kind of prime minister treats customers like peasants. They don’t value their customers at all. Such poor service is an insult to Assam’s pride. May they soon reap what they’ve sown.

Went to the store, after hearing so much about them on social media. Was utterly disappointed at the behaviour of the male staff present who sits like Ambani in the couch, least bothered to greet his customers, forget showing us the jewellery. He throws attitude as if he is the creator of Assamese jewellery 😂 God, the attitude 😂 First learn basic customer service etiquettes. You guys might have done well lately, but remember every business goes through bad times. I hope yours has passed!
