"Terrible experience at Zangfai! Was looking forward to exploring their Assamese jwellery collection, but the sales associate was completely uninterested. Waited 15 minutes, and she pretended to be busy with another customer. Didn't even get a glance, let alone any guidance or assistance. Unprofessional and disappointing from a leading brand. Ended up buying from kingkini instead. Wouldn't recommend Zangfai to anyone."

Zangfai has very beautiful Assamese traditional jewellery designs with their unique, fushion touch and great variety. Recently I surprised my best friend with a beautiful Jewellery set in Meenakari Peacock Design for her wedding & upcoming Birthday and courier packaging very nice with speedy delivery. They deliver Pan India and no worries if we unable to gift our near and dear ones in person but they can always adorn these beautiful collection residing anywhere in India. Have recommended Zangfai to many soon bride to be to get their beautiful jewellery to be customised with exquisite designs from Zangfai. Founder owner is very patient with all the queries and provides excellent customer service and satisfaction. Delightful customer and very soon looking forward to pick my favourite Assamese design - Luko paro from Zangfai.

It's a nice shop for traditional Assamese Jewellery. One can find golden jewellery made with silver, gold plated, pearl etc. These items are made as traditional.

Assamese ornaments are nice and prices are reasonably affordable. The best thing is the behavior of the shopkeeper. A good discount is always there

I had purchased a necklace for my wedding, and within two months it turned black. When I went back to the store to inquire about it, the lady (likely the owner) started raising her voice, saying that I should have stored it in a plastic case, not in a jewelry box. I understand that it was my mistake, but I wasn’t accusing them of anything , I simply didn’t know it needed to be stored that way. The person who assisted me during the purchase never mentioned this detail, yet the lady I spoke with insisted they always inform customers, putting the blame on me for not following the instructions. They did clean the necklace with a liquid since the material had oxidized, but I was really put off by the lady's attitude. While she wasn’t outright rude, her tone was far from polite. A little more courtesy would have gone a long way in explaining the issue. It seems like this shop lacks an understanding of proper client satisfaction.

I must appreciate that as a designer and proprietor of Zangfai I did not expect her to be so involved with the customers in her shop. But she indeed takes time to explain and show the products in her shop. The shop is spacious, clean and most products are beautifully displayed. It’s not just a good place to buy jewellery but I think it’s a great business model as well. But of course, it’s common knowledge that it’s tad overpriced. So for that I can’t give it a full 5 star. Overall, it was a nice experience there. All the best. 🙂

I ordered multi colour mantasa on 12/01/2023. It's size was to be reduced. But they delivered it on 27/02/2023. They too didn't do any size reduction. Upon enquiring, they were too adamant to admit their mistakes. Worst experience. I bought other items from other store itself.
