Clothes are quite affordable in this mall if we compare it with other branded malls. Most of the branded apparels can be found here. Clothes for age group is available here and the mall is mostly uncrowded. Salespersons are quite cooperative and they are mostly around you to assist.

I didn't like the staff in Counter/where we payhere at all when I went to the cashier with my clothes.He didn't check my clothes and called other customer behind me and I felt very angry and sad because of this. He heard my voice and also replied but...

Everything was going ok until when I liked a dress but there was only one piece available in my size. So I asked them to take it off from the mannequin so that I can try it on. They said "sorry we can't take it off, you can try the same dress but in different size". I continue telling them that no I want to try the same dress that's of my size as I would be able to decide whether it looks good in me or not, fitting bolke b kuch chij hota hein. And again they said, we will only take it off if u r sure that u will buy it. I said, let me try once and then I can decide wtr to take it or not, how am I supposed to decide beforehand. So rude customer service. Kaam chori Saab. Or may they may have different policy regarding the dress that mannequin wear but clearly was expecting a good customer service from Reliance.

This Trends mall is huge and also lots of varieties of products both in quantity and in quality are available along with Trends Footwear also...

Here varieties of brands are available like netplay, performax, team spirit and many more for both men and women. Clothes for kids are also available here. The quality of the clothes are not that bad! And the price are also reasonable. :-) :-) :-)
