Very pathetic service!!! They are looting money in the name of Adhar card ,If u pay they will call you and do your work smoothly, if u don't pay they made u wait even number is urs. Waited for 3 hrs for my babies fresh enrollment at last they said its lunch time come after 1 hr . Govt should ban this adhar centre.

SCAMMERS are phishing with using this BOI Beltola Branch Account, with Fake Identity. and this Dumb Bank Doesn't even bother to check.

Opening a savings account at BOI was the worst decision ever due to the terrible customer service over the phone and the frequent system downtimes. The bank employees seem to have no knowledge of the BOI mobile app. The app, website, and customer service are the worst, and it seems everyone is aware, yet the bank employees remain indifferent. 😞

There is is a tribal lady at the cash counter..her behaviour is remarkable in the beltola branch as per my experience..I am a new customer here..went for cash deposite for the first time..unfortunately I was miss treated by this lady I was surprised by her behaviour..when I filed the deposite form I forgot to mention the date .. she told me "eyate j date likhibo lage najane neki" in a very rude & high tone..I did response anything..because if I would open my mouth she will be mistreated too..it was my first day experience .. I will response to her if she talk to me say way in future.. see the face of the lady..photo attached

Worst customer service compared to any other bank. Doesnot provide adequate information and behaves very rudely with customers. I regret opening an account in this branch
