This fellow is so unprofessional and arrogant, you will hardly see any one is this city. I had a minor swelling on my face..he instantly frightened me with some major disease and made bill of 1125 with some antibiotics medicine. P.S. I was not even diagnosed properly, but he demanded this amount as if it was his last bread and butter for the day. When I said I don’t want these medicines as they were over priced by him in this clinic he instantly demanded me 600 Rs for his visit..let me tell you his chamber is like a stationary shop where his friends were also gossiping. When asked him this is too much for just touching and looking at my already swollen face..then he and his friends blocked from leaving the clinic and demanded 600 rs fees for merely touching my skin for 10 secs. I wish he gets his karma back someday for looting innocent people.

Very disappointing experience. The consultation fees are unreasonably high, and they seem more focused on increasing the bill than actually helping patients. They added unnecessary medicines and extra charges that didn’t seem needed at all. Felt like they were trying to make more money rather than provide honest care. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Worst doctor ever Never recommend to anyone. He and his assistant act like dacoits for money for just touching my nose barely 30 secs. They charged 1000 for visiting charge as well as for medicine. Please don't visit this place 🙏

I recently visited a doctor at Omega ENT in Guwahati tinali - Dr. Roctim Ujjwal Das (RANA), and his approach was deeply unprofessional. Upon entering, he immediately used a large stick to poke my ear, causing significant pain without any explanation. Then, he hastily prescribed multiple medications. When I mentioned that I couldn’t afford the medicines, he brushed it off, simply demanding his Rs. 600 consultation fee for barely two minutes of interaction. This dismissive, careless approach is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his medical practice. Such conduct should be formally addressed and such horrendous doctors should not be allowed to practice!

Dr responce towards patient is not empathetic....
