Employees behaviour is very bad . My account has got freeze but they didn't do anything and I also have went to the branch but no response from their side

I requested for bank statement. The lady was on no work call and she asked me to wait for some time . Later she told she will mail me and hence asked me to leave . But then i did not receive the mail from their end. And this is something really urgent
