The Root Barrel

The food and the ambience of the place are really great, and the view is one of the best I’ve experienced. The drinks were also very good and added a lot to the overall experience. The staff were very polite and welcoming. A special mention to Rafiqul, who treated us very nicely and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Rafiqul is our usual host and he is the best here. Overall, it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend visiting.

The food was very good even the place was very. Must visit guys!! Rafi he was polite and nice .

Ordered Pork Bullet Fries, Alfredo Chicken Pasta and Bbq Chicken Pizza. All were good enough, except the pork bullet fries which was below average. The fries were almost burnt and the overall taste was bland.

Amazing place with a great view. Outdoor sitting available. Mr. Biswajit was very friendly and cooperative. Will visit again.

Went to the Root Barrel for a fun Sunday evening and while our experience was mostly enjoyable, some parts of it were somewhat underwhelming. The food was decent, here's what we had: Mushroom Duplex, Wok Tossed Chicken, Butter Naan, Kadhai Chicken and Chicken Butter Masala. The mushroom duplex was good but the quantity was too less for the price. The wok tossed chicken was delicious, especially the sauce on it was delectable. The chicken main courses were really good too and their quantities were also decent. Service needs improvement. The servers were polite but they were pretty slow. We were initially served our food without cutlery, so we requested one of the servers to bring us a few spoons. We waited for a long time but they never returned with the spoons. We received spoons only after we asked another server but even that took a while. It also took a lot of time for the food to arrive. However, I understand that it was a busy Sunday evening, so I won't be too harsh on them. But I hope they improve these aspects. They provided us with complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch. Ambience of the place is also really chill.

It's a beautiful 2 storey Rooftop Cafe. Lovely ambience with great view from top.Staffs were also so friendly n attentive. We ordered Cocktails also we got nachos with mayos as a complementary. Later we asked for more nachos as it was really crunchy n really going well with Cocktails. You can also try hookah and they got some flavour in it. We had mango one. Great experience loved it.

It was my first time, and the vibe was great. I think it would have been even better if I had been informed about the rooftop dining option as well.
