I went for a hair spa and the service was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely professional and everything was handled so smoothly. The atmosphere was pleasant, friendly, and very interactive, which made the experience even better. I also got threading done, and it was really good as well. Special thanks to Norbu for handling my hair with such professionalism and attention. I would love to visit again for my next hair care treatment. Highly recommendable to everyone.

at first i was disappointed with the service but i am really grateful that lakme took my complaint seriously and they really improved their service to some another level .. they had given me an olaplex treatment and i could see instant results .. i would like to mention the manager of the branch promptly serviced my request and was constantly asking me if i was okay with the service or not .. and special mention to rakesh kalita .. he guided me through each and every step of the spa and i enjoyed it to the core .. they are really good .. and i am overly impressed about the service and their eagerness to learn new techniques ! The hair spa service could be so much better. No massage. Just applied the cream and washed in 15 minutes. Thats it! And the massage in pedicure wasnt satisfactory or properly done. The masseuse seemed to be in a hurry. People get spa and pedicure for relaxation but there was none in the services. They just wanted to get over it!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The space is very clean and well-kept, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and all my requests were politely listened to and taken care of. It was such a calming experience overall, and I really appreciated how the team recommended services thoughtfully based on my needs—it shows how knowledgeable they are. I had an amazing experience at the salon! I went in for hair coloring and the stylist did a fantastic job,the shade suits me perfectly and looks very natural. I also tried their facial, which left my skin glowing and refreshed, and the treatment was so relaxing. The staff are warm, professional, and really take time to explain each step. Hi recently got a hair spa done by Saurabh. It was very amazing and relaxing. He did exactly what was needed for my hair and scalp. After that I got a makeup and hair do done for a friend’s wedding by Rakesh. He is a talented makeup artist who knew what goes with my skin and what looked good on me. He was very patient with me even though I was throwing a lot of tantrums. He is very friendly and funny. I would recommend this salon to everyone. The staff is very kind and helpful.
