Barista - Guwahati

The cakes were good specially the cherry one ( I forgot the actual name) but the red velvet one is a bit too sweet it took me some time to finished it. The cold coffee was excellent, and the service is also very nice. All in all it was nice place to sit relax and have some food during your shopping at city centre.

Wanna have a coffee while shopping? Right place for you then 😉.. Loved the ambience but felt the price is a bit expensive.. Now obviously becoz its inside the City Centre so can understand that! Otherwise the coffee ☕ was great! So was the Belgium waffles with ice-cream on top 😍🍦😋 The chicken patty was decent not that great.. Seating capacity is a real issue though!

Clean and pleasant ambience. Lovely staff. Especially, I want to thank and appreciate the extra effort put by Tapan to prepare this Green Apple Lemonade, according to my taste and always making it extra satisfying to my taste bud. He is hard working, sincere, kind and always takes extra care of the customers needs and taste. I can trust Tapan with all my food orders. The Chicken Tikka Sandwich was under-grilled and not served hot. It didn’t taste fresh. Please improve the preparation quality. I usually enjoy your food but this was disappointing.

A lovely ambience to enjoy every sip of coffee. The lovely flavours and the variety of items to choose from makes the time a pleasant one. My heartfelt gratitude towards all the staff of Barista. I cannot miss out to mention the great happy hearts and remarkable hospitality of all the staff members, including SIMPI, Anu, Jintu, Bro Brajen. Barista has become my second home and I recommend everyone of you to try out Barista once. I am highly thankful and grateful to all the staff members for inviting us on their 4th Anniversary and honouring us to be a part of the cake cutting ceremony. Thank you Barista.

Not worth it!!!!! Let's get straight to the point- Pros: Staff and service. Top notch Cons: Pricing, I was just shocked to see the price. Overrated in one word. I had the same coffee in CCD at half the price. I have been a CCD customer for 5 years now. I thought to give Barista a shot and here I have come to the conclusion- if you have plenty of money to spend then go. There's nothing extraordinary or a 'wow' factor for that matter at this price point. The basil seed juice is pathetic, I wasted ₹100 on it. The chocolate chip cookies taste exactly like diamond bakery's biscuit. Moreover ₹150 for a cup of honey ginger tea??

I don’t know what’s the standard for Barista cafes but this cheesecake is definitely not it. There’s hardly any cream cheese or blueberry topping. The biscuit has no consistency. The cold coffee was really bad too. The fact that the place is still functioning is shocking. The place should be shut down!! Can’t believe people are giving decent ratings for this place !!!
