Visited yesterday To buy the macbook air m4 04/09/2025 They literally didn't approached me I asked a guy who looked at me like I'm a beggar. I was so insulted I just walked away from the store. Went to the reliance store in central mall They treated me with respect which every coustomer deserves and bought the macbook air m4 without any hassle and best price compared to them And mind you I came from Lakhimpur just to buy this and they were as shitty as possible. I'd rather pay more than go there anymore. Disgusting people with no mannerism Never go at idestiny at city centre mall if you want a good buying experience. Pathetic store with worse staff.

I went to this iPhone store to set up my new phone and was shocked that they charge 1500 for data transfer, which is usually free in other authorized stores. The staff members were extremely arrogant and not customer-friendly at all telling us it will take 5 to 6 hours to do transfer fooling the customer Their behavior felt disrespectful. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had in a mobile store. I do not recommend going here

Visited 03/01/2026 to buy iphone 17 pro max. Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and acted as if customers don’t matter. They try to show a fake “higher status” instead of actually helping — it felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. You’ll get much better treatment and support at other stores nearby, where staff are polite and actually listen to customers.

The staff’s behavior was very bad. I asked them to show me a smart watch, but no one even came to show it. They are very impolite and rude and nonsense…they don’t have any basic knowledge about how to handle the customers…overall disappointed.

Very bad experience. Purchased a screen guard for Mac book Air M2 but unfortunately it’s a defective product and customer care service is worst.

I have been a long-time customer of iDestiny, but after my latest visit, I will NEVER step foot in this store again. The staff here have completely lost the professionalism, courtesy, and helpful attitude that once made iDestiny worth visiting. This time, I was met with pure arrogance, rudeness, and zero interest in assisting me. No one bothered to ask what I was looking for or guide me in any way. The attitude of the staff made me feel like unless you “look rich,” you’re invisible to them. Shocking and shameful for a store selling premium products! Because of this horrible experience, I walked out and purchased my MacBook Pro from Datamation instead—where I was treated with the respect every customer deserves. iDestiny, if this is how you treat loyal customers, you don’t deserve their business. I will strongly advise everyone I know to avoid this store. Your staff’s arrogance is your biggest downfall.

Just got the new iPhone 16 pro max from iDestiny, and the experience was fantastic! The phone itself is sleek, fast, and has an incredible camera. iDestiny’s customer service was top-notch – knowledgeable staff and smooth purchase process, special thanks to kripanjali. For all the apple fans. This is the place to be. Majority of us buy phones online but buying from a store is an experience in itself. IDESTINY can offer us better plan for Accidental Damage protection. They have plans for 1 year and 2 years. And most importantly, you know you won't get a Soap bar for an iPhone 😄😄
