After sales service is very poor. After a long waiting time, a defective furniture piece may be delivered to you . And they will never look back to you! Repeated customer care emails will get no reply!

Terrible After-Sales Service, Only Care About Selling I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with featherlite , When I was buying the chair, their sales team was very quick to respond and make the sale. But as soon as I reported an issue after delivery, their attitude completely changed. The chair started having problems within a few weeks — the armrest became loose and one leg started wobbling. I contacted their customer service multiple times through phone and email, but no one bothered to reply. It’s been weeks with no response, no technician visit, and no update. It’s clear they only focus on selling their products and have zero interest in after-sales service or customer satisfaction. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and support.
