Taj Optical

Very rude behaviour of the main person sitting at the cash counter. The old doctor doesn't seem to be confident. My suffering was not relieved. Wastage of time and money. I recommend NOT to visit.

Same thing happened with me. The lens was supposed to come from Goa and I had to wait for another 3 days ,but the lens lasted only four months. It was full of scratches and cracke coating despite my care. This is a very duplicate optical store.

Very shadey, was to deliver my glasses on 28 th Jan, but when I called, he said something is wrong, his glasses come from Goa😁, I said ok, but it takes only one day in transit, he had no answers, is he taking customers for a ride? Won't spare him, I also know my ground. NO VALUE OF WORD FROM MOUTH, don't believe what he says!!!!

The glass, always I felt problem.They said it will be adjusted in next 10 days after six months trial also I could not get adjusted. Rs 28000 total waste. Do not visit this shop.

Since, I was new to this shop and paid a good amount for my spectacles, I was worried how it will come out. But after months of using it, I must say that it was my best decision that I went there. Thankyou !

I got a duplicate lens worth ₹ 26000 from Taj Optical. They cheat with a smile.

The optical is well organised. Doctor's behavior is very good and well behaved. He is also helpful. He is experienced and performs successful eye surgeries. Regarding the optical, one can get almost all types of frames of various designs for spectacles. Material and quality of the lens used is good. However its a bit costly than others. Again that could be ignored over the quality of their goods. The staffs are well behaved. Had a nice experience.

Good optical centre situated opposite to Big bazaar. The behavior of the staff members are quiet helpful Dr. Mir Alam Siddique is good eye specialist so far my knowledge goes.
