Getting a bike here is damn quick. If you want it you get it. The staff here was very informative. The ambience feels like a retro biker cafe.

I think they should offer tea or coffee to the customers. I have purchased shotgun 650 that cost nearly around 4.5 lakhs. But when I visited for the service about 4 times then i observed that they still don't ask for a glass of water.And some of the staff's behaviour was like a bit unprofessional like of using the words tumi, bhaity, babu etc to the customers which I also faced the same. Instead they should use the word 'sir' to the customers.I also visited tvs dealer where tea or coffee is offered and provide better hospitality to the customers. From my point of view we are the customers of expensive motorcycle and thus we must be treated with special hospitality. This above points they should consider because lack of considering the above points would not make a dealer famous despite having a larger area. Thank you

**Extremely Disappointed with Shahila Exposition Pvt Ltd – Misleading, Slow, and Unprofessional Service!** Had one of the most frustrating experiences getting my two-wheeler serviced at Shahila Exposition Pvt Ltd on 3rd March 2025. After dropping the bike there at 9:40am in the morning (for my schedule servicing), I received a text message at 12:07 PM stating that my bike was ready for delivery. Trusting this information, I arrived at 2:00 PM, only to find out that my bike was still not ready and was waiting for a wash! Before going, I even called the numbers provided by them to confirm if the washing process was completed. I was explicitly told that customers are only informed after everything is done—which was a blatant lie. To make things worse, the staff on-site were completely unhelpful. No one answered my questions about the status of the wash, and when I asked the manager, he casually dismissed me with a lazy response: "It is our lunch break as well." I took time out of my day to collect my bike based on YOUR message, only to be treated with this level of unprofessionalism? If you cannot keep up with your own service commitments, at least be honest with your customers! This kind of mismanagement, lack of communication, and utter disregard for customer time is unacceptable. I won’t be returning here again, and I strongly advise others to take their bikes for servicing elsewhere if they value their time and sanity.

I had booked an appointment for my bike’s 4th general servicing at 8:00 AM. However, even by 4:00 PM, my bike was still not ready for delivery, despite the bill being generated at 12:47 PM. The receptionist was nowhere to be found, and the person responsible for washing the bikes was also missing for quite some time. When he eventually returned, he was simply roaming around instead of attending to the work. I even had to park my bike in the washing area myself, yet several other bikes (around eight) were brought in and taken out while mine remained untouched. It’s disappointing to see that having an appointment made no difference. Overall, a very poor service experience — I do not recommend visiting this service centre.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided by this particular dealer. I have spent almost 7000 in new parts and still the issue that I have mentioned is there. After specifically mentioning the problem the staff have just suggested buying new products but not addressed the issue. Now I am wondering if they have actually installed the new parts or have used the earlier one. Definitely not going back to this shahila dealership.

First I would like to thank the workstation manager of this place, He really made the day with my bike easy, They helped me with defect rectification and replacement at 2100 hrs, when most of the Royal Enfield Store are closed. I will always remember this place and 27 Dec 2019 They have a great servicing staff- working and helping bikers Please work in similar manner, U guys are doing Great Job.

Very bad experience. Even after 15 days of booking, the bike was not delivered. No proper commitment or response. Finally cancelled my booking. Not recommended.
