Very bad service experience. I would never recommend Royal Enfield service. I purchased my Royal Enfield bike in September 2025. After that, I had an accident and submitted the bike for insurance claim repair at the Royal Enfield service center. They even told me that insurance only covers repairs if the accident is extremely serious, saying things like "the person should almost die or something major should happen" - seriously, who talks like that? After 3 months of waiting, today on January 7, 2026, I finally received my bike. The results are shocking: The color has faded badly in just 3 months. The mudguard (rear) now has new scratches, but there was no damage at the back originally - only the front was damaged. They added scratches and broken marks themselves. The bike was returned without proper cleaning. There is still mud, dirt, and oily stains all over. The service center claims they cleaned it, but clearly they broke parts and didn't even bother to close or fix them properly. Dirty oil and grime are still visible inside the mudguard area. This kind of careless and disrespectful service is unacceptable. Don't go for Royal Enfield service. Choose a trusted third-party garage instead - much better, faster, and more professional.

I am very disappointed with the service at this Royal Enfield service centre. After servicing my bike, new problems started appearing which were not there before. During the washing at the service centre, my meter box got damaged and now the fuel indicator is not showing properly. The pickup of the bike has also become poor, especially in lower gears, and the bike is not running smoothly anymore. It has been almost one month since the servicing, and these issues are still not resolved. This clearly shows a lack of proper care and quality in the service provided. I expected better professionalism and responsibility, but this experience has been very disappointing. I hope the service centre takes responsibility for the damage and resolves these issues properly.

I had a very bad experience with Bullet (Royal Enfield) Service Center, 6 Mile, Guwahati. About one month ago, I gave my bike (AS27A6818) for regular servicing, including engine oil change. Even after charging for full service, the bike was not washed or cleaned properly. Dirt was visible everywhere. Again, three days ago, my Bullet suddenly stopped starting, so I had to give it to the same service center. After keeping the bike for two days, they told me the bearing and clutch plate were completely damaged and needed replacement, along with another engine oil change. This is very surprising because the engine oil was already changed just one month earlier, and no such issue was reported at that time. They charged me around ₹9,000, but even after paying this amount, the service was extremely poor. When they delivered the bike: Horn was not working Front headlight was not working Bike was not washed or cleaned properly They did not respond to multiple phone calls for updates This clearly shows negligence, poor workmanship, overcharging, and zero customer care. This is one of the most pathetic service experiences I have faced from the Six Mile Service Center. I would not recommend this service center to anyone.
