it was nice stay here. just stayed for a night after a long journey from Tawang, felt very comfortable here. rooms n bathroom were small but that was good enough for 2 of us. very clean, hygiene and cosy rooms. food was pricey but quantity and quality was good. very near to airport, like less than a kilometre.. only problem is location on Google n Goibibo is wrong. to be improved to find this easily

First night i stayed at 18 aug. Ac wa not working at 114 room. While i checked Out, i would stay at 21st Aug. If u can, then change my room otherwise i cancelled my booking. They told me to change it. After arrival, they offer me same room. I have kid, my wife. I refused their offer. Then they told me to cancel the booking. But i have no option because its already paid in agoda and non refundable. Then i enter the room, but they didnt carry my luggeses. My wife come to down stairs and carried the luggeses. While I checked out, i informed the receiption, but they didnt send any one to carry my luggeses again. Really horrible experience

My coworker and I had a horrible experience here. There are bugs everywhere. Our room had cobwebs on the bed and hadn’t been touched in months. We asked for the sheets to be changed. The bed was rock hard. Neither of us slept much at all. The food took forever. We ordered breakfast 45 minutes before needing to leave for the airport and it never came. ||We had an unplanned layover and found some taxi drivers with our local Indian host, and this is where they took us. They were supposed to pick us up the next morning and never showed, which leads me to believe they were working with the hotel. ||Do not stay here.

I stayed in room no. 114. this room. Hotel location was good in terms of easy accessibility of Airport which is 10 minutes walk.||1. Foods are good but costly. Staff are cooperative and friendly.||2. Complimentary breakfast with very limited options.||3 The bathroom has no hook/ cloth hangers.||4. Broken dustbin. Wooden furniture needs painting and repairing.||5, Curtains are not fixed properly.||6. No wardrobe for keeping clothings.||7. Even after clearing the bill an amount of Rs. 298 shown as pending in my account. not understood.

Stayed a night, the room and bed was good sized. The bed was smelling due dampness and moulds. Only visible areas were cleaned and underside bed and corners full of dust and moulds. The room has split AC but was not working. The AC also depends on power cuts and I was told the generator are unable to run the ACs. There was a buffet breakfast but nothing was available apart from boiled egg, bread and two types of cereals. The bread toaster didn't work due to power cut. There was hot water for tea but no tea bags so tea was supplied separately. The room was very noisy due to the ceiling fan that was running in the floor below. Food for dinner served in the room but most of the items in menu are not available.

Spicejet airlines cancelled our flight to Aizawal at the departure gate on grounds of bad weather when actually it was blazing hot outside and Aizawal was reporting similar weather.On account of this cancellation were asked to spend the night at this hotel.|| This is a small hotel and possibly not equipped to handle air passengers . As it is ,the passengers of a cancelled flight are in foul mood and hence poor service is surely going to irk them. I would rather blame Spice Jet for choosing such hotels.|| The staff in fact tried their best to take care of the passengers. Imagine serving lunch at 4pm, when it is almost getting to dinner time in the east. Every staff was trying to take care of the multifarious needs. One person Rinku Das really stood out.

Being so close to the airport, one would think that catering to airport passengers is their primary goal. But, with this level of incompetent service i wonder how they'll fare in the future. First of all, when we arrived late in the evening we were told that there was no tea or coffee. (I mean, c'mon... no tea or Coffee??? seriously??). Then it took well over an hour to get drinking water into our rooms. Dinner was served 1 and a half hours late and with one item missing! Finally, they bid farewell by failing to provide the complimentary breakfast on time! It is amazing how they managed to make so many blunders in a 12 hour stay!

Rooms are very small and congested..Not suitable for 2 people. There are several other better oyo rooms in Guwahati who can offer Good service and spacious rooms at the same price. Shocking thing was the cost of two boiled eggs.Rs 80.😢😢.... This oyo room needs improvement in food, cleanliness of kitchen and the restaurant should be free from insects.
