I stayed at Urban Suits and had a pretty good experience overall. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and quite budget-friendly considering the quality and location. The manager and staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The bed, table, chair, wardrobe, and TV were all in good condition and worked well. My room also had a nice lake view, which was a pleasant bonus. The property is in a good location, roughly 10 minutes from the railway station. It’s slightly away from the main road, which keeps traffic noise low, but still extremely convenient—shopping malls and stores like Zudio on the main road are just about a 1-minute walk away. A couple of minor improvements could be adding more wall hooks, and the toilet felt a bit small. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with the stay and would definitely consider it a good option.

Very reliable and the best stay for couples in Guwahati, they are very hospitable and readily accept early and late check ins, rooms are very standard and give home like feeling, geyser, electric kettle, AC and TV are provided in the room, the interior is very soothing and cozy, bathroom slippers, complementary water bottle, tea bags, instant coffee pouches are offered by them in the room which is not so common in Guwahati, location is very peaceful and gives a 'para' like vive. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for comfortable, standard, and cozy stay in Guwahati.

We stayed for 2 days the room was good and we got extra bed as well since we were 3 people. Hot water was available and drinking water reception was giving us. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Urban Suites and found the rooms to be well maintained and clean. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to spend a few nights. Housekeeping seemed attentive, and the basic amenities were in good condition. However, I did have a rather unusual experience during my stay. 1st night I noticed a shadow several times in the room, and on another night, the bathroom tap suddenly started flowing on its own. While this may have a logical explanation, it did give me a slightly spooky feeling. Aside from that, the service was average and nothing extraordinary stood out.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. It is very close to main road so anyone can easily get car or auto for travel. We stayed for two night in themonth of August. From the moment I entered the property, I was impressed by the warm welcome at the reception. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and within minutes, I was guided to my room. The room itself was clean, and thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort. The bed was large and very comfortable, with crisp linens and soft pillows that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The lighting was well-planned, creating a cozy yet functional ambiance, perfect for both relaxation and work. The room also had modern amenities such as a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe which added to the convenience. One of the highlights was the bathroom. It was spotless, well-lit, and stocked with quality toiletries, fresh towels, and a powerful shower. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail in maintaining the room’s cleanliness and functionality was commendable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, whether for business or leisure.
