I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s extremely affordable, but the quality you get for the price is honestly impressive. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. For such a low price, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value on a budget.

My stay at Urban Crest was a bit of a mixed experience, as the room was impressively spacious but unfortunately fell short in several key areas. While I appreciated the generous room size, the lack of cleanliness was a significant drawback and made the space feel uninviting. The atmosphere was also quite disruptive; the hotel is far from peaceful, with constant noise filtering in at all hours of the day and night. I was also surprised to find a total lack of basic amenities, as no tea, coffee, or beverages were served, and there weren't even simple snack options available for guests. On a more positive note, the staff members were very good—polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. However, despite the great service, the rooms simply lack the essential comforts and upkeep needed for a pleasant stay, and I hope to see these issues addressed in the future.

The stay was absolutely wonderful.The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury.I would highly recommend this place.the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.making us feel right at home exceptional service. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help, making the experience warm and welcoming. The room was clean. The food was delicious with a good variety and excellent service. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were good... very comfortable..but most of the beds should have to be changed....it makes too much noise and breakfast most of the time it's unavailable...

Location was great, not much city noise with ample parking space. Anything gets delivered. Rooms were spacious and clean. Washroom too. Stay was very comfortable and staff behaviour was also v friendly. All in all a great affordable stay. 10/10 would love to recommend
