KB Homes, Dispur, Guwahati

It was wonderful stay at KB HOMES Guwahati, Ambience, Rooms, Service was really very good. All the staff from receptionist to cook all are very helpful greet with smile and Specially "Theos" who is a very helpful and co-operative person. Thank you KB HOMES it was nice stay at your place in Guwahati.

This is by far one of the most comfortable and friendly places I have stayed in on my travels. ||The location is very central, rooms have AC and attached bathroom. The beds are also super comfortable. ||The staff here is on another level! They go out of their way to make sure you are looked after and satisfied. They are always smiling and ready to assist with whatever you need. ||They have a kitchen on site as well that prepares meals on order. ||Thank you to the Team and I look forward to my next stay with you guys!

Very nice rooms. The whole area is very peaceful. At a very good price we get all the facilities. Clean room and clean washrooms. Also very nice staffs and a sweet receptionist. The food ordered was also very good quality even though it was on higher end of the price scale. Although I don't use ACs and I originally booked for non AC room. But I still got AC. AC was not working very well and so they even came to fix it. Very nice.Really loved the stay. Hope to come again if I get the chance.!!

Well I need to talk about k.b homes. The staff was really humble no doubt but the room that they gave me was not good. First of all the bedsheets were dirty and a major part is they charged me for two nights, when I stayed for just one night. They told me this is how every hotel charges money. I gently paid the bill and checked out but I was highly disappointed and couldn't digest this fact so I called them again and here we go the same reply -ma'am this is how we charge .While booking the room i clearly told them everything about the check in and check out timings and they said this will be the total amount but at last I had to pay something which was completely unacceptable.

A great homestay, it's friendly and has 'respect for privacy' type of environment. Food is also great [We get typical indian dishes and if you like, tribal (boro + naga)] and yeah the rooms are well equipped. The staffing is also better now. 10/10 absolutely recommended.

Rooms are good. The corridor space is good for gathering of small groups. There is no permission to bring outside foods inside the hotel and there's no scope for the same if it had rained. The road in front of yhe hotel fills with drainage water and you won't like to move outside. If you order food then do so well in advance. They have only 1 cook. I advised the staff to make only 3-4 varieties so that everyone gets the food in time. Though I ordered at 06:45 PM, I got the food at 11:15hrs and that's too the food was not what I ordered. I didn't like that as my 6 year old twin kids were too hungry. By the way the hotel is good in terms of rooms. But improvements can be done by 1. cementing on 10m road in front of the hotel for easy access and good look. 2. Take limited variety of food orders which you can prepare in time. If taking other varieties then caution the customer about the exact extra time (add 15 minutes more). 3. Make some arrangements for tea if order received for room service.

1. Rooms are very spacious, clean, has wardrobe facility, AC, provision to open windows if you need fresh air, well lit and clean bathrooms. 2. The staffs are very helpful and the service is top notch. 3. It is very close to proper city center. 4. In my case breakfast was complimentary and was well prepared always. Even on days when we had lunch/dinner, the food was well cooked and tasty. 5. The per night price is also very nominal. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you KB Homes for the hospitality. 🙂
