I regret to inform you that this has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I visited your flex shop based on a reference from one of my friends, with the intention of getting a flex signboard made for my new restaurant. During my visit, your staff noted my contact number and informed me that someone would visit my restaurant within two days to take measurements. I waited the entire day as promised. Around midday, when I called to follow up, I was given another person’s number and asked to contact him directly. However, when I contacted him, he informed me that he was far from my location and unable to come. I then informed your management that I would not be available for the next three days and requested them to send the person on the same day if possible. They assured me they would try, but as expected, no one came, and I was again given excuses. After three days, I contacted the management once more, but unfortunately, I continued to receive excuses. Eventually, I personally took the measurements and visited your store to provide them. I was assured that I would receive the quotation by the same evening. However, it has now been three days, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received the quotation nor any proper response. Instead, I continue to receive excuses. This level of service is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I chose your shop based on a friend’s recommendation, but after this experience, I would not recommend your services to anyone else.I hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and take the necessary steps to improve your service for future customers.

The facade is praised for its material and composition to create a visually striking and modern apperance specially at night. It blends well with the urban surronding.
