I thought getting CCTV and Fire Alarm System was going to be complex, stressful and prohibitively expensive but Ganpati Infotech, Assam, India made the whole process incredibly smooth from start to finish. It was made clear what I needed, the cost was reasonable and I didn’t feel like I was being pushed for extras I don’t need. The appointment was booked quickly with no issues, no changes and I received confirmation of the date and cost. The installation was painless and the gentleman could not have been more helpful and efficient. He set it up faster than expected and explained how to use everything really clearly. Paying was simple and again really friendly service. I would 100% recommend

Got Excellent service and reasonable price on purchase and installation of CCTV Cameras with complete accessories recently in October 2020. They are well behaved, well equipped and stated to be remain committed for well service in future. As buyer, I realize their good deals with me and thought to post my views.

Worst after sales services, faulty alarm system installed, the proprietor Kallul Dey stopped responding to calls when complained about the problems and is a big fraud. Beware of this seller.... [[Comment edited to reply : The proprietor replies back has agreed that the faulty alarm system plays false alarms on every sundays, so its not a big deal since he has provided with the all the gadgets and installed it. So, its okay that once in every week there can be a false alarm and it should be tolerated by the customer. Its a new definition of unscrupulous business morality and everyone can see what the proprietor himself established. Also, on visiting his office and requesting to rectify the issue yielded nothing, these guys are like deaf ears. Nothing more to be said and heard. Avoid at any cost.]]

They came for site visit. After that they were supposed to give the rates.. But never reverted back.. Called them multiple times.. But never responded..you said you sent quotation to my phn no... The no you mentioned is not mine

Owner of this enterprise is a fraud.bDont believe me?? ? Go to his office and check .No office at all .just a room with lots of garbage 🗑️ outside.Talk to the shopkeepers in this building,they will tell the real story abt him.Once he sell his product he will never receive your call.One shopkeeper told me that it is the same story with all customers who deals with this fraud. My advice is avoid dealing with him.He is a FRAUD

Best place for security equipments. Being a regular customer, I would recommend buying security equipments from them. Product quality is superb. Ownership and service taken by their team is worth commending.

This store has got all kinds of home security system one would need. Very much impressed with their prompt service responses and wide plus unique items they sell.
