THE TEA FACTORY

A small tea and snack place on the ground floor of a residential apartment in Uzan Bazar. We tried Indori Chai, Elaichi Chai, Vegetable Maggi, Mayo Potato Swirls and Veg Burger. The food is good and the service is okayish. It has a small seating space as well on the mezzanine floor.

I recently visited The Tea Factory in Guwahati, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The tea shop offers a wide range of tea and snacks, including pizza and pasta, which is a unique addition to their menu. The Kesar Chai that I had was simply amazing! The flavor was distinct and refreshing, and it was clear that the tea was made with high-quality ingredients. I also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the cafe, which made me feel right at home. The interior of the shop may be small, but it has been thoughtfully designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was courteous and attentive, and they made sure that my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Tea Factory for anyone looking for a great cup of tea and a cozy atmosphere. Food is ok kinda, interior is beautiful but the staff definitely needs training😐

Restaurant is lacking in entertaining their customers, I'm shocked to see they are not even responding to their customers. And if the staff is so irritated. They should not be working. If this is their hospitality i don't know how will they manage to survive in the market. Not just this even the food is not worth trying. In the name of double masala Maggi they serve you spiciest maggi.

It's a small joint with good tea and snacks options. The cafe offers an all vegetarian menu. Prices are also reasonably okay. The only drawback is the space. The sitting area is too congested and accommodates only 3 small tables.

Tea quality is very good. Not much seating space available. Not at all costly. If you are looking for a perfect cup of tea, this is the place. Recommended for tea lovers.

The tea was average. But the behaviour of the staff(especially that guy from Indore) was pathetic. He don’t have basic civil manners to behave with a customer. He was such a mannerless creature.

Staff is rude rude and rhe maggi we ordered was half outside the bowl and touching the table and they kept again in the bowl in front of me Not Recommended at all
