YATRA TRAVELS(ISBT GUWAHATI)

Absolutely disgraceful service by Yatra Travels. I booked a confirmed sleeper seat from Guwahati to Dhemaji yesterday and today after I already boarded the bus, they claimed my name was “not on the list” and someone else was sitting on my booked seat. Then comes the real fraud: my ticket was cancelled by the yatra travels operator AFTER the bus had already departed and I boarded the bus. Explain this If the seat was already booked then how it was shown as available for booking? And after cancelling my ticket they didn't even compensate me . Absolutely worst experience with yarta travels. This is either gross incompetence or an outright scam. Zero accountability, zero coordination, complete harassment of passengers. Do not trust Yatra Travels. Avoid at all costs.

If 0 star option is available I'll send them this only, One of the third class travels i have ever seen. Firstly we didn't get any seat so they told us they can adjust two girls and one boy me in cabin and we said yes, yes we know that it's festival time and it's Magh Bihu still they have asked us 600 rs each 1800 total in cabin where 11 passengers were taken in the cabin, think if it a small cabin with 11 passengers too risky, 4 girls were there and they have taken drunk passengers one is trying to harras one of us, we argued with him. It's too risky for girls seriously and bags were lying all the path way till the end seats, no and the manager we meet at the khanapara such a rude person talking shit with us, I'll personally take action on him, asking money with giving any tickets 600-700 this much asking from us, many of the cabin passengers didn't pay any money why just because they know the owner. At the end I'll say it again 0 star rating for you guys, drunk passengers, drunk staff, 0 management, rude manager who didn't know how to talk with passengers. ❌❗

Sonmy mother just a few minutes back had a booking from guwahati to north lakhimpur on 22 oct 2025, 9 pm. She isnt a smart one. She asks when shee needs help regarding smart phones. She booked the bus and at around 8.30 she was about to get on the bus. Getting upon she was asked by the bus staff member "what is your seat number" . As i , her younger son i had a bus too at 8 from isnt to dibrugarh so at that moment i was on my bus at khanapara and we dont live in ghy. So she was alone and nobody was there to help her with the bus ticker. Before departure i told her the bus number and to tell the name to the staff members so they can guide her to the seat. But the rascals were so immature and non professional with their choices of words theh threw back at my mother saying "dont you know your seat number. Tell your seat number not your name" . Is this the professional behaviour you guys show or encourage your employees to show to your passengers? The ticket was booked from redbus. Obviously when you book a bus from redbus the digital ticket is send to the registered number on their whatsapp. I saw that but i was late so i couldnt tell her the number and assured her the bus staff members would guide her. What was the need of that behaviour? Cant your employees be a bit humble. I wouldnt even rate this 0 but for the sake of posting this comment i had to. No matter what i wouldnt encourage any children of my age or older or younger to suggest your parents or make them travel in their bus. I wont anymore. So anyone who loves their parents and feels hurt when their less technologically skilled parents who arent exposed to their phones dont send them in this bus. They probably think theyre doing you a favour for even asking you your seat number.

Worst experience ever! Never gonna book this bus again. Staff behaviour was absolutely rude . My ticket was also cancelled by the bus operator after boarding the bus. Didn't even care to compensate me for this absolute mess. Don't ever travel with them

This is most third class but I have ever travelled with. I have booked AC Bus from Guwahati today to Gohpur.I am travelling with my family. But when boarded came to know that AC is just to showcase but does not work. Behaviour of the people when enquired about is too rude. Bus is also very dirty. Very poor interaction by the bus staff with passengers, i marked my dropping point biswanath bus stand but they went through by pass route at 1:30 pm night they dropped me there itself by the side of the bypass where their was not even a dog if it would have been a girl the will they do the same thing ? Even at night there were no signs of responsibility of the bus staff all were in sleep. Never gonna book this shit again

Worst service,no time table, seems like city bus, waste time on every stoppage. Always late by 1- 2 hours on arrival and destination.
