Seema travels

I booked a ticket from Guwahati to Silchar on 11.05.2024 for travel on 12.05.2025 at 6:30 PM, scheduled to arrive at the destination at 5:30 AM. I booked seat SL7, and my ticket number is TU6965669219. I reached Guwahati ISBT at 5:30 PM and waited, but I didn’t see any Seema Travels bus. Later, a bus operator came, and a Seema Travels bus with the number plate AS01LC9822 arrived. One of the staff members told me that I would not get any seat and would have to sit on the floor. I complained to the ISBT ticket counter, but I received no response. Then, I called the RedBus support team, who connected me to the bus staff. However, the bus staff used abusive language in Assamese and later insulted me further. After all this harassment, I had no choice but to sit on the floor because I had to report to the Silchar Army Camp on 13.05.2025 at 12:00 noon sharp. When the bus stopped for dinner at around 8:30 PM, I, along with some other passengers, took a cab from there, each paying ₹1500. Given the situation, I request a full refund. I am willing to pay only the RedBus service charges.

Never go from Guwahati to Siliguri on this bus. It deserves zero stars.

In the air-conditioned bus, they charged ₹1200 for the ticket but still picked up passengers along the way, which made it overcrowded and suffocating. At night, they didn’t even turn on the AC properly The bus staff were also very rude to the passengers

I was travelling to Guwahati ISBT from Silchar. It was mentioned that the bus (AS01LC9822) is fully Air Conditioned. But the fact is, Driver just ran the A/C not more than 10 minutes. He was just running the fans. Worst bus I can ever say. Upgrade yourself SEEMA TRAVELS.

C959DTB8. Bus delayed by more than 6 hours not due to bad roadways but due to their own attitude. Initially bus was stopped at checkpoint for 3 hours and then another 30-45 mins waiting for passengers near Umroi which forced me to get down from bus and get into local cab to reach my destination at my own expense.

I have really bad experience with seema travel water coming inside while raining and most importantly there is lost of bad bugs on sits please do not book seema travel I had very bad experience 😔 sorry to say but please make it clear and needful it's really inconvenience

Worst experience ever in life, my advice don't book Bus ticket if there any other option.... Go for normal bus or other option.... It's just bellgari with AC..🤮
