Authorities should take immediate action to improve hygiene and transparency.

All state capital is easily accessible from here. A place of unity in diversity. I love this place because, we can get to meet every tribes and community here. I urge every passenger to maintain cleanliness. (I know it very difficult to maintain cleanliness by authority because lakhs of passenger are uses this place everyday.) It is our duty to keep cleanliness.

Dear APST, I was very excited & motivated for my journey, ISBT to Dhubri and vice-versa but We all passengers had always mentally harassed regarding the journey, and most importantly there is no value for timing. All Night Super Bus Services take almost 10-11 hours for reaching Dhubri to ISBT or ISBT to Dhubri. When we talking about distance between approx Km-285, Average time - 5.3 hours, But No any bus service reaches our destination on time. Always over late. Train service is fine as compression to bus. But trains are not available every day and every time. Health gets spoiled and complete time is wasted. Kindly do something please. And Solve our Journey for more easy 🙏

ISBT Guwahati is a large and well-connected bus stop that serves as a hub for buses traveling to almost all destinations from Guwahati. The variety of shops and travel agencies inside is impressive, making it convenient for travelers to book tickets or buy essentials. The food here is a highlight – especially the Himalayan momos, which are delicious and a must-try! The overall food options are tasty and diverse. The sitting area is spacious and decent, providing a good place to relax while waiting for your bus. However, the interior cleanliness needs improvement, especially the bathrooms, which are both dirty and overpriced. It’s best to use the facilities early in the morning when they’re relatively better. Despite some cleanliness issues, ISBT Guwahati is a functional and well-equipped stop for travelers. If cleanliness improves, it could easily become one of the best transit points in the region. Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

One of the clean tidy bus stop I ever visit Food stall, snacks chocolate, clothes all items are available toilet, bathroom seperate for male and female. All buses are available Love this place

Toilet is dirty. As we can see, Assam is progressing in this digital world, but here the paid toilets dont have UPI payment facility. Moreover, staff behaviour is rude.

Popular well organised bus terminal for north eastern states. Many ticket counters of travel operators including state transport services. Facilities wise good for passengers as well as tour operators but lack of lodging and boarding for passengers. Huge parking and operator wise counters too. Very systemic bus services available ticketing facilities. There are settle bus service from Paltanbazar for convenience of passengers.
