Pranjit Travels (Under ASTC)

My experience with Pranjit Travels was exceptional. Their buses were impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting a commitment to passenger comfort and hygiene. Date -31/07/2025 Time -10: 00 , Place- kuhiarbari nepali . Worst experience , many times I travel with standard fare 130 from kuhiarbari to tezpur but Panjit (None -AC) has charged 150/- without ticket. Moreover conductor told me 50/- rupees fare from kuhiarbari to biswanath charali just for 22km where we pay 30/- in other transport. What's wrong? Conductor behaviour is very rude😡 This is my first & last Journey with Pranjit Travel.

Pranjit travels do not carry any bags without the passengers....if there any emergency 😡.....form jagiroad to bihpuria

I had been travel on 07-06-25 from Dhemaji to Ghy by Bharat Benz Coach No. AS01 TC9617 . Very worst service...A/c is installed noly for show, I had asked to crew to increased of cool level but did not responsed even seat design like captain seat but not comfort at all ..... and Their dinner time is 1-30 am at Hotel Rajveer (?} one of the very worst hotel ......So next time I will never travel by this companies Buses

Very Worst Service. I have too poor experience by traveling with Pranjit Travels. Inspite of booking for AC bus I have compelled to travel in Non AC bus due to Technical issues. Authority has not given importance to passenger's complaint. Authority neither provided good service nor refunded different money.

Very pathetic service. Usually it is good but this time when I travelled by Pranjit sleeper bus that routes from Guwahati to Majuli, I had to take my cat along with me. Usually they allow to take my pets. But this time, they said that the cat should be put at the back of the bus. When I agreed, they acted like they had done a big favour and asked for extra money. I even agreed to pay. But then when I asked them to open the dickie at Amoni, where the bus stops, they started arguing with me. They were like we donot care if the cat dies. Such arrogance will obviously lead to a big downfall. Its totally unacceptable when you provide a service and you donot have basic empathy at all. That’s sick.

Worst service . They cross the boarding point before time after accepting the booking.They charge more than 300 rupess for 120 kms distance. Then they arrange a different bus with no seating arrangement and finally u need to seat in the cabin loaded with people. They dont even respond to calls

I have booked pranjit travels via redbus app to go from biswanath Chariali to guwahati today at 12.45 am.(9 th September). The bus left before the stipulated time. I called them many times in the number given.One number was switched off and one number ,they didn't pick up. I did not get any phone call from them or any refund.
