Zero star for their service.1 week and still the courier doesnot reach its destination.I lodged complain also to their customer care.The courier is near by small town since 4 days while tracking and manually visiting the destination dtdc centre. What a pathetic service ???? Speed post would have been better than this.

I am utterly dismayed by the abysmal service provided by this company's delivery personnel. Today, I was shocked to receive a call from the delivery boy, informing me that I needed to personally pick up my office's parcel instead of it being delivered to my location. This level of unprofessionalism and inconvenience is beyond unacceptable. His name was Milan Doley.

DTDC is a good courier service provider in six mile area

i use this rather than post office cause this is faster and nearer to my location, dtdc sixmile is very good

Earlier every parcel delivery was good but they refused to take the parcel of my hair donation. They said they don't deliver donated hair. If you are confusing, I dint ask to do it for free, I was paying 500+ rupees. But they refused.

Even after booking with dtdc blue service, my courier is lying in Guwahati even after 4 days. These guys are real slow and it’s total waste of money booking the premium delivery like dtdc blue with them. They are total worthless. Never ever go to these guys. Indian postal service is even faster than those snails.

Courier tracking status was showing door lock which was lie, after few days I had to visit this DTDC center by myself to collect the parcel document. Delivery address was Rukminigaon, which is hardly less than a kilometer away from this hub. Very bad experience.

The courier service provider is one of the best in Guwahati that institution delivered my consignment to the destination ( IIT Bombay) within two days. Thanks to the DTDC.
