Railwire Broadband

I have been using Railwire from last month and I don't have any problems with the connection speed, I get constant 1:1 ratio speed. Ping spikes was an issue but after complaining it, it was fixed. Please do note, if you choose for the 100mbps plan please get your own router because the ONT they provide is of 10/100 port and also the WiFi is 2.4Ghz, so if you plan on taking the 100mbps plan, do get a dual band router with gigabit port to access your high speed internet. Plan prices are a bit high as with 18% GST :( . Now coming to why I gave 3* , because of the unprofessional behavior of the technician that came for the connection. They even asked for extra 300/- for the router configuration. Lol xD

I have been using railwire for about 2 years now. The speed and connection were all fine untill recently I started getting huge ping spikes in games and high latency overall. I tried talking to customer support, but after several complaints and loads of emails for weeks they didn't provide a solution and chose to ignore my complaints.

Best provider in Guwahati. I live in six mile and I have choosen 50Mbps connection. The service is constant throughout. Speed never decreases even for a minute. Service staff is very friendly and quick. Don't go for anything else. It's the cheapest and the fastest of all providers.

It's good but extremely pricey. If you have jio fiber in your area go for it. Otherwise you can go for real wire. The bandwidth is pretty low but at least stable connection

have taken 25 mbps plan and this is the speed i am getting. These idiots also charged extra for Connection and MODEM. If this continues, i will have to complain to higher authorities.

I feel like every morning i wake up and come here to post my worst experience with railwire so that people dont fall prey to their worst ever service in the world. Bette dont use anything than to use railwire BEWARE

good plans at cheaper rate compared to other providers. service is reliable and can enjoy constant plan speed.

Very pathetic service provider. With no response to any queries and most of the time no internet. Waste of money.
