Good place to have a cup of cappuccino and some savouries or pastries. Has a small sitting arrangement, wherein self service is maintained. The pastries and all savouries are quite delicious and appetizing. However the price of all the items are on the higher side. The cakes are well on demand for every occasion. Just one thing, sometimes you do get items of the previous day, just check before buying. I have received cakes and savouries from the previous day which were smelling and not delectable enough and for which i had given complaints too.

Food is good. However, it seems that the guys working there do not have much knowledge about the food. I asked the guy whether their red velvet pastries have cream cheese frosting or just regular cream and he directly replied “Cheese nai, cream ase” without trying to understand what i was asking. I don’t mean to look down upon anyone but maybe they should have some knowledge regarding the food because some customers like to know about the ingredients used in the food. I hope they look into it. (PS I had the red velvet pastry and can assure that they do have cream cheese in the frosting in case anyone was wondering and it tastes really good😋)

Was pleasantly surprised by how great this place turned out to be. Was sceptical at first. But the adorable interiors and decor along with an interesting array of food on the menu was quick to change my immediate impression. What's more, the food was actually worth our time and money. Whatever we ordered turned out to be delectable.

I really liked the tastes of food but servicing is too much worst. It took almost half an hour for starter to come to table and they have a problem in language also(waiter).We went there in a group 10 people and our orders were here and there -mess up. Also the room that they have is too much narrow.. They have so small place. Anyway for the service and ambience I wanted to give 2 star but for a good taste of food food 1 more star.

As we know, Loyan's is one of the best cake and pastry outlets in Guwahati and this Zoo-road Gitanagar one is also one of them. Giving you the best quality cake, pastry 🍰, snacks 🌯 and biscuits. Pastry range starting from 50/- rupees only like the chocolate pastry, cookies pastry, butterscotch, red velvet, mango, newyork cheese cake etc etc and the snacks from 30/- rupees only including rolls, patties, puffs, mexican rolls etc. The outlet is spacious and beautiful with available sitting options. I have tried the Kulcha Chicken (65/- rupees) and Butter slice (75/- rupees) which were good with respect to the price (on March, 2023). They also take orders for birthday cake. Good place to chill in the evening ✨

Actually what to say....Loyanz is my all time favourite, be it the Geetanagar one or the Ujan bazar or the Chandmari...I have been to all of them....but as I stay near the Geetanagar one....i often visit there and this time I have ordered a sea themed cake. Which they made very perfactly and the cupcakes was also awesome....and the price was also found reasonable as I have checked with 3/4 bakers....so keep up ur gud work....very happy with the order.cant update the photo of the cake here...

Pathetic. Ordered a birthday cake of 2kg for my 8 year old daughter. I selected the cake from their menu but later on the day of delivery it was found the cake didnt match as the selected design. These people are simply looting customers. The cake they prepared would hardly cost 2500 but they charged 5200/- . My daughter is said to see the cake on her bday. This is bery sad how a brand as loyans is just bluffing customers. When the pirce of the cake is 5200 the quality and design should have been upto standard cause its not a small money. All the stuff in the bakery is uneducated . They are working in the service industry they should be trained enough how to pack the cake at the time of delivery but my wife se herself guided the girl hw to pack. Simple opening a store in such a brand is a easy way the owner can earn lakhs of rupess frauding the customers snd their hard earned. Money never comes for free. I want my money back if not full amount atleast 50% of what I have said. Absolutely hopeless and am shocked wanted to get the best cake in the town ended up choosing the worst. I will be writing the review in all possible social media as I would like all mu fellow guwahatians know the real picture of these gaint thieves. Useless …
