My puppy just died 2 days ago and this clinic killed him. Despite the doctor finding 2 ticks on him he did not recommend any further blood tests and said he was completely fine. Had to take him to khanapara veterinary clinic where we found out that he had babesia. Never i recommend never go to this clinic if you want to save your pet. They will just charge you with huge bills and give false hopes

Worst vet clinic for cats. The doctor is really egoistic and dismisses minor details about the pet. Maybe he has no experience dealing with cats so if you are going to get your cat checked here I would highly recommend avoid this place and look someplace else like paparazzy pet clinic

🚨 WARNING: Do Not Take Your Pet to Pet & Vet (Geetanagar, Guwahati) We took our beloved dog Rocket, a Miniature Pinscher, to Pet & Vet under so-called “Dr.” Pradeep Sharma. Rocket was part of our family since 29/04/2016. We took him to Dr. Pradeep Sharma from the time he was just a baby. He was active, healthy, and full of life for 9 beautiful years. But on his last visit on 23/03/2025, Dr. Pradeep Sharma gave him a list of strong, high-dose medicines without any tests, without proper checks, and without even a basic diagnosis. What kind of doctor prescribes multiple drugs blindly to a small breed dog weighing just 8.9 kg — especially a senior dog? There was no blood test, no liver/kidney function test, NOTHING. After starting the medication, Rocket began losing weight fast, became weak, and collapsed. We lost a family member not because of illness, but because of negligence and inhuman greed. To every pet parent reading this: Please don’t make the mistake we did. Don’t blindly trust anyone with a “Dr.” title. Ask questions. Demand tests. Don’t let someone carelessly harm or kill your beloved pet like this man did to ours. We’ll never get Rocket back — but we’ll make sure his death isn’t in vain. Speak up. Hold people like this accountable. Pets deserve better. Families deserve better.💔

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I visited this clinic with my pet, expecting guidance and care. I think questions ask to a vet is very normal I believe..Unfortunately, the vet Dr “Pradyut Sarma”was unnecessarily rude and dismissive for no reason, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. A veterinary clinic should be a space of empathy and professionalism—for both pets and their owners. This experience was the opposite. I hope the doctor reflects on this behavior, as kindness costs nothing, and pet parents deserve to feel supported.”*

I don’t recommend this vet since my Labrador that was adopted from a shelter wasn’t diagnosed properly by Dr. Sarma. He was suffering from Babesia and Dr. Sarma couldn’t seem to figure out what was going on with him despite having blood tests done and symptoms showing. It only caused us more stress because none of the food and medicine that was provided/prescribed by Dr. Sarma worked. I highly recommend people to stay away from this clinic since it only gives a false sense of hope and big bill slapped on your face with no proper recovery of your beloved pet.

I am devastated to share my horrific experience with Pet and vet My 6-month-old kitten, whom I rescued as a newborn, fell ill and was taken to this hospital. Unfortunately, the staff's negligence led to a catastrophic outcome - they broke his back while administering a saline, exacerbating his condition. The lack of professionalism and care is appalling. I'm speaking out to warn others and hope that this incident will prompt improvements in their treatment and handling of pets.

4 months ago i went to this vet with my dog he was bloating a bit but the vet said he is completely fine and gave him some medicine without prior checkup and test….he said to give him the medicine he will stop bloating and be completely fine within days …later he became thin and weak so we consulted another vet and they said to take our dog to khanapara and do test we found out he had blood sugar by the time we knew our dog became so weak and thin all his body organs were damaged and ultimately died…they charged us with high prices without any results i have never seen a vet like this who takes pets as joke and play with out hearts 🙏🙏
