I called this number yesterday to check if the doctor would be available the day after tomorrow as it was urgent. The lady who answered said she'd call me back but never did. When I followed up, she passed the call to another lady, who then told me that the doctor was asking why I was calling so many times as if I was disturbing them. I had only called three times, which is not excessive especially considering this is a clinic number, not a personal one. I was simply trying to confirm the doctor’s availability, nothing more. No other clinic receptionist has ever responded so rudely. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior towards a patient.

Besides being beautiful she has a very good skills in handling patients with diverse neurological disorder. She is young, insightful, helpful and was very clear with her answers. She is approachable and Intentional with professionalism at it glory. Really appreciate her service for humanity. I don't think I'll have a second thought if I have to ever refer anyone suffering from any neurological diseases. We are really indebted for your treatment and kindness.
