I had our second child birth here by LSCS, Dr DJ Gharphalia suggested here. It was good decision, the nurses service was top notch, no excess billing, Child specialist Dr Mridupawan Saikia was too good. Overall a good experience. A great decision to choose over Pratiksha

It is situated at bhagagarh area near GMCH opposite Sat Sangha Mandir. All staff's are good. Place is cool and clean. Car parking is not available. Only park payment place car's. Pharmacy is available in this medical. You can take tea, coffee, cake, etc in this medical. People sitting place is good. SBI ATM is available there There all types tripment is available. Transport communication is very good from there.

I frequently visit Nemcare Hospital for my health check-ups. During one of my visits with a friend, we had the Sodexo Pre-Holi Lunch. The food was really delicious. My friend and I truly enjoyed the lunch, especially the local fish fry and jalebi, which were excellent. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful festive meal.

Doctor is good and co operative. However hospitality is too bad. My room number was 302 in Old building.. this is ac private room. Interns of hygiene, check out the photo given. They keep all laundry clothes just infront of the room.. it's so annoying.. next time I will not prefer this hospital becouse of their hospitality.

I was suffering from constipation and bloating since two years. So last year i thought of consulting a doctor and i went to NEMCARE, where I met Dr. Amritanshu Borkakoty. He is a well known gastroenterologist. After consultation he asked me to do some radiology test for better diagnosis. He is a very good with a very pleasant smile, which makes patients very comfortable to discuss their complications without any hesitation irrespective of gender. Hence I visited him again with the radiology reports. After going through my report's,told me that I have a gall bladder stone but nothing much to worry as it was not that big in mm and prescribed a medicine for three months. But due to some medical emergency at home I revisited Dr.Amritangshu on January 2026 with new radiology reports as I had to delay my schedule re-visit. After going through my new radiology reports Dr.Amritangshu said that I have to undergo laparoscopic surgery immediately and referred to Dr. Biswajit Deuri, whom I couldn't meet the same day as he was in the OT. After a week I took Dr.Biswajit Deuri's appointment whom I met for the first time. Honestly speaking it was a pleasure meeting him. I am afraid of doctors and now a surgeon. But it was totally opposite experience of my life. He is very frank and friendly towards his patients. He prescribed me some pathology and blood test which were necessary before surgery. Next day I visited him with the reports and after going through my report's he told me to get admission in NEMCARE new building with a note to the administration department. Soon few days later i went to NEMCARE and I was admitted to semi cabin, surgery was performed on the same day and got discharged the next day by evening. It was a very good experience for me. A very big "Thank you" to Dr.Amritangshu,Dr.Biswajt Deuri, Dr. Manshi Kashyap (Neurologist) and ofcourse the OT team and last but not the least the nursing staff and the cleaning staff. Thank you everyone.

I had the worst experience at nemcare with the nursing staff..whereas they had some really best doctors for which we opt for the hospital but the indoor patients really needs the best nursing for better outcome. During this period, there were delays in attending to the patient, lack of proper monitoring, and unprofessional communication. The staff appeared inattentive and, in certain instances, lacked the necessary skills and proper knowledge to handle basic patient care responsibilities. It is concerning that such shortcomings directly affect patient safety and wellbeing. I strongly recommend that the nursing staff undergo proper training classes and skill development programs to improve their competence and professionalism. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action be taken to prevent recurrence.

My wife admitted in Nemcare hospital at 3rd floor room no 317 for C section. I really appreciate all the Doctors, Nurse staff, Baby nurse and Housekeeping and office staff is very very cooperative, very nice behaviour all the staff. Special thanks to Dr Sakuntala Mahanta Madam for caring Us so well. Thanks Nemcare 🙏

Bad experience with the receptionists... When I called to ask about the appointment of a particular Dr. , the male receptionist told me to go to the hospital early as first come first serve. He was informed that it would be my first time consultation. Next day I went to the hospital, the receptionists were angry over other patients and told me that the Dr. whom I wanted to consult with, doesn't consult first time patients and told me that she won't be there from 1-12 March when I asked her again and again. The male receptionist never informed me about the doctor not doing the first time consultancy nor about her absence. Even the front desk receptionist never informed me about it. Later I learned from my relatives that the Dr., whom I wanted to consult with, consults first time patients too. The receptionist could have guided me properly and told me when to come.
