Very poor behaviour of staffs, specially female staff are rud and don't know how to behave with patients, ecg female dr doesn't know how to treat and talk with there patients. But some doctors are so humble and talk very nicely. Security guards are too very helpful but the nurses and specially the ecg Dr horrible.😡😡😡

The treatment is good, but during the follow-up after surgery, we face difficulty. We understand the rules and fully support them. However, when we ask the security about the doctor’s availability, they don’t respond or help. If they don’t allow us inside and also don’t reply, we get confused about what to do in the middle of our treatment. I am not talking about all security staff, only a few.

The Confidence which I got from Dr Ashrita kalita Ma'am and All the Gyno Doctor Teams was Great. Big fibroid was Removed Successfully. Thanks for the Support And Nursing Service.

Lack of coordination and responsibility. Just switching hospitals one after another. Poor management doesn't even know proper procedures. Keeping patienr starving. No problem with the doctors and nurses it's about the management doesn't even care about the patients.

Free service for employees so definitely it would be a lazy service. Too rush. Hundreds of patients come here. Anyone wants to go early then he/she must come on early. Though it's free service employees pay monthly wise nd on regularly basis. Uff what a rude behaviour of the security person. He could have polite to the patients. Alls are paying man!!!!

Worst experience with the emargency team. I attended on date 30.08.2025. for an injury case but they do not think that my case is an emergency. They completely ignored me also not dressing my wounds. I stand out side emargency room almost 2 hr suddenly my periods cramping starts so I cried in pain and said them I will complain about them. Then they give an injection and leave me without any other treatments. I feel if I haven't enough money then die.

I went to ESIC Hospital in Guwahati with my wife and my 3-year-old son because my son was unwell. While we were waiting for our turn, my son asked me to take a photo. Just as I was about to take the photo, suddenly a boy came from behind, snatched my phone from my hand, and gave it to the security. The security personnel said that taking photos is prohibited. I understand that photography is not allowed—but that could have been communicated verbally. Who gave them the authority to snatch my phone like that? It was very bad experience

These people are waiting for 6 hours for Doctor to come and check them.... You have to come at 5 AM to collect a token then you have to wait for doctor to come and Doctor might come . Yes! He might !! What an axhole doctor i met here... His attending time was 9 and he came at 11:30. I have no words... And yah if this is what Indian medical colleges are teaching then waw .... Honorable CM sir , mama please do something about the doctors in this hospital. They are eating state's money but their work for the society is not what we expect from a doc. Shameful very very shameful.
