White Tiger

Had used white-tiger in Delhi and thought it will be similar experience. Had given them some cloths to clean but they had no idea what they were doing. The ended up folding my coat like a shirt and as a result the coat got 2 creases on the body. They didnot return my coat cover packet which I gave them to get coat in it so that they don’t fold it. When I talked to the owner she was rude and talked as if she was doing a favour by returning the leather cover. Also the Headoffice in Delhi had no control over them. It’s no where close to what a premium service should be. The price is higher than a regular dry cleaner and not even close to the regular cleaner’s service. The final trigger for me to write this review was - they sent a pickup boy to pick the coat so that they could get it redone. This boy comes and in a threatening tone tells me that I had not done good by reporting this incident to the Headoffice. I suggest there are many good dry cleaners in the vicinity of this outlet, so use them and you will find a lower rate with a better service.

I gave one shirt and a kurta..they wash it properly..no colour fade..getting a pleasant smell from the clothes.next day delivered..thankx to white tiger
