A really bad experience. Please be careful if you choose this service. 1. Did not share the car's registration when handing over the car 2. Gave us a car that didn’t have the legal permit required to be rented for self drive in Meghalaya despite knowing we were headed there. At a checkpost near Shillong, the police stopped us and almost seized the car. We had to deal with a lot of stress because of their negligence. 3. Overcharged us for tolls 2 times the actual cost which they made us pay via UPI to them in advance. 4. Not only did they overcharge but also didn’t recharge the FASTag. So we ended up paying the toll ourselves. 5. Was rude over call when we called them out for their lapses. Fair warning: Always ask for proper receipts when taking a rental.
