I had booked the vehicle 2 months in advance but these guys informed me 1 hr before boarding the flight that it is cancelled as vehicle met with an accident. I was left high n dry to figure out the alternative. I understand accidents can happen but it becomes their responsibility to provide an alternative. I had to do last minute booking which of-course costed me more.

Rented a car recently and had a great overall experience. The person handling it was very helpful, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. Really appreciated the late-night airport drop arrangement at 12 AM, which was a big help. The car delivered was in good working condition and served the purpose well. Just two minor drawbacks—could’ve been cleaner, and the tyres were a bit worn out. Other than that, everything was as promised. Would recommend for the service and support!

It was an awsome experience with DRIVE X GUWAHATI. Raj is a wonderful person. He cared like a younger brother and helped us every way possible. Very accomodating and supportive. We had some issues of lost baggage, but he managed to help us and made sure our baggage was delivered to us safely. Car was also in top condition and well maintained. Overall a very nice experience. STRONGLY RECCOMENDED !!!
