Good Baleno Vehicle, drove on 11th Jan 2026. Cooperative owner. But, Very Dirty interior as well as exterior of the vehicle. Had to waste 30 minutes for it. Very bad smell remained in the vehicle throughout the day for 12 hrs. It smelt like the body of a dog which has not been bathed for months. Windshield cleansing water tank was empty or not working. Tyre pressure was very low in all wheels including spare wheel. Boot luggage tray was missing.

Recently i booked a car n paid in advance also for it n they lied couldn’t deliver the car to me n won’t refund the money back also like calling like it many times such a bad experience from them u can’t even refund the money after failing to deliver the car 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 don’t trust this my first time n it’s very bad experience like refund must be initiated if u can’t deliver the money
