Great experience with Zola. They gave me a well maintained and services RE Hunter for my trip to Chug Valley, Arunachal. It was comfortable, ability to ride easily across mountain roads. As it was solo, my bike is the only companion to me and thoroughly enjoyed riding Hunter. I covered nearly 2k+ kms which I have never done in my life so far. Thank you again Zola.

I signed in for trip to Guwahati to tawang and it was very well organised . The entire tour was blissfull and pleasant. Must recommended..The tour captain (vehicle driver Mr.Dip jyoti sarmah) provided by the zola adventures was great and his competancy to drive and guide at all places was gradeA .overall the tour with zola is worth it.

Bikes were in good condition, no major issue happened. Also the staffs are nice and helpful. They gave us the bikes in our own schedule and we’re cooperative. Their prices were also cheaper than others in Guwahati.

I had a very disappointing experience with Zola Adventures. Our car choice was changed in the last minute, the car was smelly, dirty and the remote key was not even working. Moreover, the pick up was not great and basic hygiene such as air purifier was not there in the car. Their service has worsened over the years, and I will not at all recommend it anymore. I had rented a four wheeler with them two years back, and based on the good experience we had, I decided to go back to them without a second doubt. The only difference was this time around, it was an automatic vehicle. I had booked the vehicle of my choice, a Maruti Suzuki Fronx about three weeks prior to our booking date. We were all set and rest assured that it will work out the best. One day before the pickup date, Zola requested if we can accept a Swift Dzire instead. We had very little choice in this, as it was a weekend and no other options would have been available, hence we agreed to the compromise. When we reached the office in Geetanagar at about 9.30 PM to collect the car, it had just arrived from its previous ride and was still being washed outside. We waited, completed the procedure, and collected the vehicle at about 10.15. It was late, and we did not put much thought to wondering why there was a damp smell in the car. The next morning, we found out that the automatic car's remote key does not work, the inside of the car (on the sides near the door handle and window) was sticky and it was disgusting. They gave us a car that is mediocre, not just functionally, but one that is also not cleaned well. I had specifically mentioned that we will be taking it to Meghalaya on hilly roads. Where it got worse and I was even more frustrated was when I called the Manager to express my concern during drop off (around 10.00 PM), he heard me out and responded saying that "I was about to sleep, its very late at night, I won't be able to do anything about what you said. I will call you tomorrow to address this." There was not a hint of apology or regret in this. I Its been 2 days, I am still waiting for the call. There has been no response to my complaint, no compensation, no proper grievance redressal. Terrible experience. The boys managing the pick up drop offs from their office were also not able to communicate to us about anything - they directed me to straight away call the point of contact. I wouldn't recommend such a service to anyone ever.
