Ride Hard Bike Rental – Guwahati We rented 2 Royal Enfield Himalayan bikes from Ride Hard Bike Rental, Guwahati for our Tawang trip, and the experience was excellent. The team was extremely helpful and guided us well in all aspects right from the beginning. Unfortunately, we lost one bike key on the very first day of our ride. Even in that stressful situation, they supported us immediately, guided us properly, replaced the key set, and encouraged us to continue our journey without any hassle. I rented a himalayan 411 recently for my northeast ride for 10 days. It was running fine, but started giving some trouble the second day and came to know that ignition coil is gone! Bibas came all the way from guwahati to Tawang the next day driving a replacement bike and gave another bike to complete my ride. I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure my trip plan was not spoiled. I would definitely recommend his company. Trust worthy!!

I rented a Classic 350 from Ridehard for a 11 day Nagaland and Meghalaya circuit during December 2025. I drove around 1350km and everything from the get go was amazing. It was a new bike, around 1year and 4months old. It had clocked around 34k when I took it, it was in a pristine condition. Bike ran smoothly throughout the trip. Whenever I had any minor issues, I updated them via WhatsApp about the issue and got proper response within an hour about how to resolve it and what not to do to worsen the bikes condition. They took 2000 as security deposit along with the Rental amount before the trip started. Once my trip was completed, they took the bike for a test ride and promptly sent the money back as there were no issues with the bike. Along with the bike, they gave a helmet, they put a new visor for the helmet in front of me, checked if the bike needs an extra rear brake pad if needed. Also the extra guards on both sides of the bike helped me easily tie the bags with bungee ropes.

The condition of the bike was just awesome. Even after the odometer says 36K km, the bike was smooth. The clutch, the gears, indicators, light, brakes, seats, horn and even the helmet they gave was in perfect and neat condition.. I recommend everyone in Guwahati to rent the bikes from this place.
