I rented a Kia Sonet car from them for my road trip to Manas National Park. The car was brand new 2025 make & in great condition. Their service was top-notch. The booking process was super easy, and their rates were very competitive. Even though another customer had returned the car extremely late after his trip to Tawang, still Mr. Anurag & his team went the extra mile in delivering the car at midnight in IIT Guwahati (far from city) without any delivery charges so that I could face no hassles in my next day trip to Manas. Their staffs were super helpful and responsive. They even took 300/- rupees less since no car washing centres was available at that hour. The car was extremely smooth to drive & the overall experience was amazing. They even came to collect it yesterday when I told them that I am very tired and can't go for dropping. The return process was hassle-free. No questions asked, just a brief 360 look around the car. I with my family do highly appreciate them for their transparent communication and timely assistance whenever needed.
