North East Rental - Best Self Drive Car Lease Agency

I had a very bad experience with this rental car service. The car was in poor condition — the headlights were not working properly and the wipers were also not working, which is extremely unsafe, especially during night and rain. On top of that, the owner was not cooperative at all. Initially, he told me to recharge the FASTag/toll with ₹2000, but I recharged it with ₹1000. After returning the car, there is still toll balance remaining, but they are refusing to return my money. This is unprofessional behavior and feels like cheating customers. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Please be careful before renting from here
