We rented i20 for 8 days for our travel to Meghalaya. Rubel provided new car with smooth transmission. The car was delivered on time with all the necessary information provided patiently by him. The return experience was also great. We would definitely like to rehire the vehicles from them the next time and recommend to others too.

I strongly recommend not renting a car from this company. Do not be misled by the Google reviews. I booked a Fronx one month in advance to avoid any last-minute travel issues. However, on the day of delivery, the owner informed me that the car was unavailable and could not be provided. No alternative solution was offered, leaving me stranded at the last moment. I had already paid a booking amount of ₹1,800, which has still not been refunded despite multiple follow-ups and calls. Extremely unprofessional behavior and pathetic service. Please avoid this service if you do not want your trip to be ruined.

Had a delightful experience and a really wonderful trip, thanks to Razzle Rides. They gave us a brand new car with only 700kms on the odo. Completely clean and serviced. Picked it up directly at the airport. The rental cost was ideal. It was an amazing experience driving through the beautiful locations in Northeast India. Having the freedom to go wherever you want and whenever you want is the best feeling ever. Would highly recommend and would definitely go to them the next time I'm in Guwahati or anywhere in the Northeast.

Razzle rides one of the best self drive car, we were suggested best car, Bolero, for Tawang, Meghalaya and it was worth during winters specially during heavy snow fall!!!! Best car hire place in Assam😍👍🏻
