Fantastic experience visiting MAC store in Guwahati located at City Centre with my friend who was looking for beauty products for make up as per skin tone. Ramen Talukdar patiently explained us about current MAC products and offers & showed useful make up hacks and did complete makeover for my friend as well. Another MUA & MAC store staff named Angel suggested me foundation as per my skintone and showed how to use their newly launched liquid blusher which can be used as lip tint as well as eye shadow - 3 in 1 which has amazing pigmentation, texture and a must have 👍She did my makeover and it was very lovely. My friend was super happy with her first MAC purchase. Thank you so much for your valuable guidance on cosmetics and handy make up tricks.

Yesterday I went to MAC store. I tried their products. Pranjal MUA really helped me to find out my perfect shade.. It was really a wonderful experience 👍

believe MAC Beauty in the city center really needs to improve their customer service. The employee who was there today was quite rude. I went to collect a sample, and there was only one other customer present, whose makeup she was doing. She told me to wait a few minutes. When she finished with the other customer, I thought she would finally give us our sample, but instead, without even glancing at us, she went straight to the billing counter for the other customer. Honestly, how long would it take to just hand me the sample? P.S. In the end, I left the store because I felt like a beggar, and my mother had to collect the sample because she felt it would be a waste to not get the foundation The email suggested to make the complaint is not working

Wonderful experience. Dipu & Roman knows exactly what they’re doing. Thanks to them finally got the accurate foundation for myself & my sister that compliments our skin undertone! Will be coming back soon. 😊
