Well I booked an xuv 700 from RK rentals for tawang,which was maintained. The engine , clutch break all good. They gave a discount of 300 as the car was not washed. And when they came to deliver it, it was not starting because there was no petrol. The guy went to the petrol pump through rapido, while we have to wait for an hour. The ride was smooth, till we found a flat tyre which we found was stitched as shown in the pictures. We called RK rentals , and they provided the amount for the fixing the tyre and our trip was completed . After all we had a good experience. Maybe this review will help them to upgrade themselves. And thank you rk rentals and the xuv 700 for some amazing memories of tawang. would love to book again.

Positive 1. They brought car in railway station, we dnt had to go to their store to take the delivery of car. 2. They pickup the car from railway station, we dnt had to drop in their store on last day. 3. Staff was good. 4. Car was good. Negitive 1. We booked for tata safari but got xl6. Disappointed there, Where i reminded them before we came to guwahati. 2. Car could be more neat inside.

Pros- car was in good condition. After requesting as i was in hurry he dropped me at my location which is 150-200 metres away. Cons- 1.very unprofessional (i booked the car after discussing the amount but while delivering asked for higher amount. Again i had to convince him to ask that guy to whom i talked initially during booking) (Btw for baleno base model other agencies charge 1500 to 1600 rs. Here they asked 2000 from me and said original price is 2200. I paid 1800 rs. 2. Had to wait at the given location for exactly 24 mins. Just kept standing at a bylane. Took the car at 4:45 pm. While booking I booked it for 4 pm. 3. Car interior and exterior was not clean. There were used bottles at the back seats pockets. 4. Car head rest was missing which was an essential part for long journey. 5. Additional charge per hour is 250 rs which is bit high compared to others. (Paid 750 rs for additional 3 hours) (Also I asked while booking that I might be late for an hour. I took it at 4:45 pm and asked to extend till 6 pm if they can. Initial they agreed but while delivering again had to convince again. Note- i have photo and video of the car and location they sent. If you need i can share. Thank you.

The owner is very responsive and well behaved. But I didn't get what I wanted,booked a XL6 got Hexa due to some issues. Condition of the car was poor. However the owner promised to deliver good service in future. PS they will hardly cancel your booking even if they run out of car they will manage to get you one. 5 star for service 2 star for the car I received

The car was nice( baleno).. I needed it on an emergency basis as my previous rental was cancelled at the last moment. I couldn't get the car I initially wanted. However, the baleno was also good and dada gave me a discounted price. The fuel range was 155km when I took the vehicle and 65-70 km when I returned it. I offered to pay the difference, but it wasn't accepted. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
