We rented three bikes for a 10 day trip around Meghalaya. I am a female rider so I used a Hunter 350. The bikes were in perfect condition, felt really roadworthy and safe and looked great too. We had no problems on the road and picking up and dropping the bikes was all seamless. I would 100% recommend Urban Trails and definitely use them again.

I rented a Scram 440 for 4 days and travelled to Tawang and the machine was perfect for all the adventures. Extremely delighted with the bike's condition, the service and guidance of Urban trails, all at a reasonable price point. Although a small issue in the start with the fuel meter, it was fixed and the bike was in great condition throughout my 5 days rental. The owner is very sweet and helpful at all times and even dropped me back to my accommodation after handing over the bike. Definitely recommend renting from him - he has variety of options for bike and car for all budget ranges.

I hired the himalayan 450 and it was well maintained and didn't have any issues travelling to Anini and back. Highly recommend urban trails if you are looking for a quality bike.
