Initially, I was a bit tensed about traveling to a state where I don’t know Hindi. But NEroutes completely broke that barrier and guided me and my mother throughout the journey, making us feel safe and comfortable at every step. They also ensured a smooth and well-planned visit to the holy Kamakhya Temple, which was a deeply spiritual and peaceful experience for both of us. Arunachal — the Land of the Rising Sun — was beautifully explored through them. The hotel stays were really great and well chosen. Special thanks to Pinki for arranging such comfortable and thoughtful hotel bookings, especially since I was traveling with my mom. A big shout-out to our pilot Srimantha, who was extremely cooperative, patient, and knowledgeable. He ensured we covered all the destinations smoothly and made the journey enjoyable with his guidance. Overall, it was a memorable, well-managed, and heartwarming journey. I would highly recommend NEroutes to everyone who is exploring the North East. 🙏✨

Neroutes as a travel agency was very supportive and helpful and were always readily available. The stays they arranged were very good, better then we expected, specially they took in consideration our food preference in mind while booking our stays and in all stays we got the good rooms. The whole itinerary was very well planned, the time gap between spots to visit was well estimated, which made the travel hassle and stress free, and gave us ample time to enjoy the sirenic views, do local shopping and enjoy the moment. Pinki was the appointed person we contacted from the start till end. She was very nice, kind and very supportive. She is well connected and was able to complete even our last minute requests. Our driver Parikhit was also very nice, joyful and skilled driver. He never did rash driving and never rushed us at any spot to move to the next one. He was always on time and very well aware of the routes to attraction points. The best part of the trip was that all the rides, be it Kaziranga Jeep safari or Water rafting, we had our exclusive rides, no group rides or shared rides. Overall it was a very wholesome experience. Neroutes arranged a very well organized, lavish and comfortable trip. Many thanks to Pinki for creating such a great experience.
